A bone dry Manzanilla from the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, light and fresh, very tangy, clean and crisp with just a hint of saltiness. Awarded Silver Medal at IWC 2006. Wine Advocate 92 points The non-vintage Manzanilla Papirusa is superb. Its light straw color is accompanied by a spicy, nutty nose, elegant, dry flavors, delicious purity, and a smoky intensity.
