2 Brothers Reserva Syrah 2005
Aromas of dark and exotic fruits accompanied by an element of spice gives way to flavors of black berry and raspberry finishing with mocha and chocolate integrated with the smooth texture and sweet tannins. Wine Spectator Fresh and juicy, with lots of mint, cassis bush, dark plum and mocha notes that all ripple through a tangy, briary finish. Very solid. Drink now through 2008. It does not have quite the depth of the Cabernet while exhibiting light tannin and a firm, fruity finish. It will offer pleasure over the next several years and is an excellent value.
