2006 Chardonnay shows a rich buttery wine with firm acidity and great hints of the 52% barrel fermentation that went into making this wine. The finish is rich, balanced and mouth filling. There is a hint of green apple in the mid-pallet that adds to the complexity of this wine.

Pear, vanilla and candied ginger nose, with hazelnut and wood accents. Ripe apple, orange, and pear flavors in the mouth buoyed by rich, cleansing, juicy acidity. Boasts a round, minerally finish. Delicious as an aperitif or quite versatile with a broad range of food pairings.
