Wine orders will be shipped Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only to insure that order will received before the weekend (overnight shipments will be shipped Thursdays).
Orders received after 2:00 pm will be processed the next day. If you require faster/same day shipping, please call the store and we will make every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Please note: All wines are sold in North Carolina and title passes to the buyer in North Carolina. We make no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of North Carolina. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order for you. Wines may be sold only to persons who are at least 21 years old. All wine orders require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
Please note that some states have laws on the shipment of alcohol that prohibit us from shipping to addresses in those states. We cannot ship alcoholic beverages to: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota.
Hot & Cold Weather Notice: May-September we strongly recommend 2nd day air or overnight shipping for all orders outside NC, SC, & VA. The high temperatures of shipping trucks and warehouses can damage ruin wines. Integrity and safety of ground shipments can not be guaranteed, and are sent at buyers risk. The same caution should be taken for shipments to extremely cold areas during winter.
Riedel Orders: Regular UPS ground service on all Riedel-only shipments is now FREE, within the continental US. Orders containing Reidel glassware and other items will calculate shipping costs based only on non-glassware items. Other services are available at additional charges (1, 2, 3 day select/air shipping, Saturday delivery, USPS). Please call us toll free (866-riedel-1) with any additional questions.
